Submitting a Request:
1. Request your reservation no later than 10 days prior to check-in

Member Actions:
1. Check Assigned lodging- click view/ edit on your lodging request under your history requests list. All the information about the hotel will be there i.e., address, contact info.
2. Off base lodging- In AT, ST, MEST, TDY, or AD/PCS status the member needs to contact assigned hotel and provide GTC information to pay for those nights. Kingsley field will only cover the nights a member is in RSD status.
3. Cancellations- Whether booked at Troop Camp or at a local hotel, it is the member’s responsibility to provide notification of cancellation in lodging force and provide a follow-up phone call to Troop Camp staff no later than 48 duty hours prior to check in. Within this 48 hour window, if the member is scheduled to reside in a local hotel and is unable to reach Troop Camp staff for any reason, the member will contact the hotel directly in an effort to avoid being charged.
The following statuses are authorized to use Troop Camp:
Oregon Air National Guard members performing duty at Kingsley Field
o Regular Scheduled Drill (RSD)
o Re-scheduled Drill (RD)
o Annual Training (AT)
o Special Training (ST)
o Mission Essential Skills Training (MEST)
o Military members & DoD civilians on Temporary Duty (TDY)
o Military, & immediate family members in Permanent Change of Station (PCS) (require an exception to usage letter after the 1st 30 days)
o Technicians (always require an ETP signed by Group Commander)
Troop Camp staff is available between 0700-1500 on a regular duty work week.
